A Note About Change…

I know how scary change can feel—especially when it involves letting go of dieting. It can feel like losing control. But I want to remind you that this is a journey of gaining freedom, not restriction. That’s why I use a phased approach, allowing time and support for each step.

Every step (no matter big or small) you take toward healing your relationship with food brings you closer to the life you’ve been craving—one where food no longer controls your life.

That’s why I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months to work together

The work I do is for the long term and to support you through this transition, I ask for a commitment of at least 3 months. This timeframe helps us build a solid foundation and navigate any initial overwhelm you might feel.

Most of my clients find that continued support beyond three months is beneficial, as it allows for deeper, long-term change. But starting with three months ensures you have the time and guidance needed to overcome the initial challenges and begin your journey toward healing.
